My last experienced felt rushed. Once I said no to the upgrade I felt that the esthetician was no longer interested in my service. I got no recommendations or feedback. Nothing was said at the end of my service. I don’t even know what she used on me

At the end of my appointment, the representative checking me out had a hard time applying my rewards and closing out my balance so I could leave. I'm not sure if she wasn't trained well or the system is difficult, but I was ready to go and had to wait for her to get help.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The facility is very nice. My skin looked refreshed!

I signed up for the monthly subscription at the end of my appointment but have not received any confirmation of that sign-up nor any detail regarding the perks/cost of that sign-up.

Started my session 15 min late. Wasn't offered any water or neck warmer while waiting as was done in the past. Was not offered water or anything after the massage to help my muscles recover.

I think I need deeper pressure. Although the therapist was kind, I would not consider her friendly and it was difficult for her to maintain eye contact which made me a little uncomfortable. I did book her again but I do think I need someone who is a little more friendly and can apply deeper pressure.

My experience was okay, but the massage could have lasted five more minutes. I arrived early, and it took little time to disrobe.

There was an apartment or something nearby playing very loud music. There is nothing you all could have done about it. My massage therapist apologized and was great about it.

It was a good experience.
