Because the hour massage includes any wait time, consultation time, and undressing time in the session time. Therefore, even though the appointment only started a few minutes late, between talking to the massage therapist about my needs and undressing, I only had a 40 minutes massage, rather than the 60 minutes that I had paid for. I'm just hoping that upon further visits there will be no need for consultation talk to cut into my time

The appointment did not last the full hour that it was supposed to.

The quality of the linens is subpar when compared to other options in the area.

My experience at the South Hills location for a facial was very different at the Shadyside location for a similar facial. Felt like I received more attention and service in my facial at South Hills.

The staffs were friendly and welcoming, and they provided me an adequate guide for the service. Compared to other massage places in Pittsburgh, the services was great for the price.

My massage therapist was super nice. I didn't feel like she dug into my problem areas quite as well as other therapists I've had there. I booked with whoever had an opening though so that may have been my problem. Additionally, the service's full cost was honestly ridiculous. I was never informed that I could only use 2 credits off a family member's account per year. I was told this after my massage, at which point they charged me $130.00. I definitely would not have booked this service at that price had I known.

It felt like my masseuse felt their day was being rushed or they really need diversity and inclusion training because the encounter felt very awkward. I explained that it was my first massage ever and was yelled at when I went to open the the door to inform the staff I was ready for the massage to begin. Admittedly it was after I undressed, but they did not explain the protocol as to how they were to enter back into the room clearly. As the encounter went on the line of questioning by the employee sounded as if I was challenging the employee's skillset, which I was not. It simply was my FIRST time getting a massage and I thought there would be a little more understanding and explanation given. The massage was NOT a full hour as advertised and I felt that too much pressure was used when completing the deep tissue massage on my back. I would come back to the location but would not go back to the employee that worked on me nor would I recommend her to anyone else until her friendliness and manners were addressed.
