I would like to spend a few more sessions gathering my thoughts and opinions on how i truly feel about the services as a whole

First let me start by saying that my therapist was great at making feel at ease. I would like more pressure next time

I was satisfied or highly satisfied across all dimensions.

Had a gift card for a 1-hour massage. The value of that gift card should be $110, the cost of the hour massage. I was told because I was a first-timer, the massage only cost $70. Therefore I wanted to pay for the massage at full price and be entitled to the promotional price at my next visit. I was told that was not possible. I then said I would pay the promotional price and use the gift card for the next visit, but I was told that also wasn't possible. This makes no sense to me and really irritated me. My therapist was great but she did not do a very good job of pacing throughout the service. I specifically came in because I was sore from a 200-mile bike ride, and I think she only spent about 2 or 3 minutes on my legs at the end of the session because she ran out of time.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience, however my massage therapist spent a lot of time talking to me. She began the experience stating that she could talk or remain silent, and I was hoping she'd take my lead and assume based on my silence, but she kept talking and even tried to sell a pillow to me on Amazon.

I was satisfied with the visit. I would have liked to have received more information regarding what each step of the facial was for. Overall very good and will return

I had a stressful morning. I specifically came that day due to the challenges. I expected to leave feeling relaxed and refreshed like I did on my last visit here. This time I was not so satisfied. I was a little disappointed not terrible. My body was not relaxed and my face felt tight and dry. Lastly, nobody talked to me about products and I love the clarity line it is new to me.
