The facial from Jonathan was amazing! My only constructive advice would be to be cautious of the nose mouth and eyes while applying product.

I did notice a few pumps on my face that I did or have before my facial. It may have been from the products used.

I enjoyed the experience! As a graduate student, however, the cost is a little bit prohibitive. It also would have been nice to have some form of water/tea/etc. in the reception area while we were waiting for our massages to start.

Most of my answers were highly satisfied.

Massage therapist was great and focused on problem areas. Apt was very timely and efficient. Communication was great. Would have liked more availability for evenings and weekends

This is the first massage I've ever had. The knots in my shoulders made it very uncomfortable instead of relaxing, but they have to be dealt with, so I'm hoping that as they alleviate, the massage will be better with more visits. I didn't know what to expect from them being worked on. I don't know how hard a "medium" massage is supposed to be, but I wondered if the therapist was pushing too hard. She told me she normally uses a lot of pressure, so I'm unsure as to whether the pain I felt was from her pressure or just the severity of my muscle knots. Today I'm glad I am not as sore as I anticipated.

My massage was a little too rough for me. I paid extra during a scalp massage, which turned out to be a waste of money. I felt like nothing was done.

The therapist seemed rushed. Not super friendly. I felt exposed with the draping. Did not spend as much time as I expected on my areas of concern.

I have received many massages and I felt like my therapist was a bit inexperienced. They also had a lot of congestion and were breathing really heavily throughout, which was quite distracting.

I had a hard time booking my appt online and I thought it was weird to ask on the intake form whether or not I wanted my esthetician to wear a mask.
