I would have liked to know by phone, while booking, that couple's massages cost an additional $10 per person, and that deep tissue is now also an additional $10. Also, I was not told of what extra enhancements I have on my account presently.

Massage therapist was wearing a faceshield, but not a mask. I'm not sure if she was sick, or just had allergies, but she was breathing very heavily. This was actually the same therapist that I had booked the first time and was not satisfied with. I was not told who my therapist would be when I booked, or else I probably would have asked for someone else.

The extraction portion of the facial was extremely painful. It felt like I was repeatedly getting my nose pierced and it still hurts the next day. Everything else was perfect, I just wasn't ready for that level of pain.

Appointment was hard to get. Couples massage was more expensive than two single massages

My massage therapist was knowledgeable and did a good job. However, her technique made it seemed rushed.

The reception desk team was not very friendly. Upon walking in they just stared at me instead of greeting me, and it didn’t feel welcoming. Also my esthetician that did my facial was nice, however I do not feel my facial was the best. After the facial I was left with a weird white cast on my face like the products were not rubbed in correctly or something

Masseuse did not wear mask over her nose. She was sick and/or had allergy symptoms which caused her to cough many times during my session. Loved the feeling of the hot stones but not enough pressure was applied for me. My facial and facial person was phenomenal.

Personnel at the reception desk are not all knowledgeable about membership charges, including how to bill when you request a service other than basic massage. I'm not sure that my billing is correct - makes me feel uncertain. I usually book for next appointment at the end of my appointment. The schedule was not available this time. This is the first time it wasn't.

The facial was a bit short, about 45min.
