Hand and Stone

While the hot stone massage and facial were wonderful, I was stressed out when I arrived and I was happy when I left. I didn’t care for the ambiance of the rooms. Very minor detail

It was a good experience for my first massage! I do not have anything to compare the experience to but I feel my massage therapist listened to my needs and responded appropriately. I would need to receive another massage to tailor my response.

It’s not a very personal or luxurious experience for a massage.. It’s basic and gets the job done. I would like to be offered a glass of water after the massage and a discussion on follow up.

Membership fee was charged twice. No statement of available credits from unused months.

Atmosphere is quiet &relaxing.Everyone very nice . Therapist knowledgeable . I had a great time for relaxation & mental health healing

There were two available slots open back to back and I wanted to book them both. When I called and asked to do this she said I could book it for a 90 minute at the last minute deal price. I was on the phone while booking the appointment and she was unable to assist, couldn’t not provide information on booking the 90 minutes massage. She said the deal was only available online so if I couldn’t do it then she just didn’t know. I would have preferred her book it over the phone because it was a special request, I understood that. I settled for the 1 hour massage and it was fantastic for my back. Cheers to Corrine

Every thing was good. I felt like my massage was rushed. The facial was great.

Overall, I had a great experience. I feel like the massage therapists should be able to use their own music and wish that the table had some more padding on it. It felt hard compared to other massage tables. It would also be nice for the sessions to include essential oils.
