Hand and Stone

The staff is always friendly and services are satisfactory. However, some treatments that are standard at other spas are not done at Hand & Stone. For instance, a full body massage does not usually include one's facial muscles. And when I've had facials, other spas often use heated hand and/or foot mitts for further relaxation. Overall, I'm satisfied with the staff and their willingness to concentrate on target areas.

Corrine is very friendly ans pressure was great but was going sooo fast and it felt rushed whixh didn’t make it a very relaxing atmosphere - the bigger issue is she kept talking and then when I finally was totally relaxed and falling asleep she would say “relax - you need to relax”. More than once I said “I am relaxed “. A massage therapist should Not be talking unless the client is initiating it. She is knowledgeable and gave a very nice massage but my feedback is for her to slow down and not to talk unless the client is initiating conversation. I get a lot of massages and I’ve never had someone rushing so much.

Overall I really enjoyed the service but it felt a little rushed. At the end, she basically finished the part of my massage on my legs and was like “okay we’re done” and it just felt very abrupt.

I was in room 5 and towards the end of my massage it got noisy. Heard a lot of knocking

The availability of times to make was low. The constant "confirmation" emails and texts are an inconvenience and don't seem to work.

I have had other massages that were deeper, more attentive, and more relaxing than this was. Rhonda did a good job overall, but I used to see another massage therapist that did a better job of both helping me relax and working on my problem areas. I was satisfied enough, but might try someone else next time.

My massage was just ok but I will be back for an additional facial.

Always love my experience with Rhonda- in tune to my preferences, professional at personable. Good experience with Amanda in scheduling and addressing my questions related to my purchased gift cards. Did not appreciate my check out - in which my gift card was questioned. They tried to charge me for my service however my gift card was for the 50 minute massage.
