The “blackhead” extraction was very painful. I wasn’t asked if I wanted this. I would have refused. My nose was swollen for hours after I left. It made what was a relaxing experience, not relaxing at all. When I left, all I thought about was the discomfort I went through. I’m 59. I would have thought wrinkles and dry skin should have been my focus.

The front desk staff did not have masks covering their noses. Many people in a small crowded waiting room. I did not like having to touch the ipad.

Massage was great. Price is high especially for 50 minute massage. I’ll come back but only if I see a deal that reduces the price.

I felt like I was rushed a little. From the receptionist to the the massage. I felt like I wasn’t asked typical questions I always am like “what pressure do you prefer” etc. I know all of that was on line but even still none of that was really reviewed with me.

The location is noisy and not relaxing. I had trouble finding it and asked directions when scheduling my appointment. Also the massage room was small. However, I liked the massage therapist, Karin.

Walking in, there were so many products right as you walk in it was hard to see beyond them and be able to sit comfortably without being bombarded by items to buy.

The ambiance in the rooms feels like a corporate setting. I wish that the therapists got to add more personal touches to the rooms. The lights are a little harsh - i like candles only better. And the room doesn't feel cozy. I also do not like how everything you want to add to a massage costs something just seeing the menu when you arrive and being asked to add services makes me stressed a little more.

For some reason, I thought I was getting the same facial I got the last time. I was satisfied with what I got and would redo again because I would not pay more to get the one I got the first time.

I understand that covid is happening but, I really wish that well in the room I didn't have to wear a mask well getting my facial. I also wish that it was stated on the website before I booked my appointment. Other than that it was great.
