I really liked my massage therapist but I feel indifferent about the counter personnel. In contrast, Tika was really nice a couple of months ago and I would have preferred to interact with her again.

The experience of making my appointment initially was easy and I prepaid but then there were multiple issues in actually receiving my facial. The first time, the esthetician was sick (which is totally understandable) but then, when I rescheduled, they I was scheduled with the wrong person and I only found out once I was already there. It might be helpful to include the name of the therapist in the confirmation email/text.

Overall it was a very good experience. I feel that I would need to go more than once to have a better sense of the environment to respond highly satisfied with everything since this was an isolated encounter.

Got started a little late and did not spend enough time in the area where I needed the most work.

The therapist never asked me where I was having problems, she just told me to get ready and she’d be back. There was no relaxation, it was very choppy and felt rushed.

I prefer the therapist I had previously. She seemed more experienced. I will book next time with the previous therapist

When I booked, the receptionist asked whether we wanted the couples room and I said that we didn’t mind one way or the other. I asked whether the price was the same and was told that it was. It was not a good experience to come out from my massage to find out that we were being charged additionally for the couples room. In the end the manager resolved it *and* the experience still left a bad taste in our mouths, both because massage and confrontation don’t go well together and also because we left feeling like we were being nickeled and dimed. Does it actually cost more to see 2 clients in a couples room rather than separately?

The appointment rooms did not have a very good smell. It wasn’t bad necessarily just a little stale but I think having some scented candles would help. I understand you want people to pay for the aromatherapy but the baseline should be a fresh smell.
