I was there for a later appointment and did not like how the music shut off before my massage was completed. It was super quiet and I felt like I had to talk so it wasn't awkward.

Overall, I was satisfied with my experience. I do think more oil could have been used as my skin is very dry and was absorbing it very quickly. There were some awesome smelling scented candles in the waiting room and I wished there were some in the massage room itself.

I had to wait long to get my membership details up in the system.

One issue is the limit appt. the woman I like is only there one day a week.

When I received my first prenatal massage I was told that a new regulation came out that day saying that it’s ok to massage feet so I joined the membership program. When I returned for my next massage the therapist told me she would not work on my feet which were really bothering me that evening. I went back out front to the receptionist unit he was unable to locate the paper but did recall seeing it. If my feet are going to be skipped due to being pregnant I’m going to end my membership and return to the spa I used to go to.

I would like treatment to specifically address uneven skin tone/sun damage. Staff didn’t have a viable suggestion other than chemical peel which would take multiple treatments & wouldn’t be suggested if spending time in sun. Had red marks on my face from tool to clean out poresfor several hours afterwards.

Upon arriving, the receptionist gave me the menu of massage upgrades and told me the hot stones were his favorite upgrade. I agreed on a whim to upgrade with the hot stones massage. I was later told all of the hot stones had been used earlier in the day and there were none clean and available for my appointment. I still had a wonderful experience and the therapist and receptionist apologized for the lack of stones. I just think they should not have been offered to me initially if there were none available.
