Great price. Personnel was very short when asking question. Ketchup on the walls and ceiling. Carpet filthy.

The place was run down, and the desk managers were not friendly at all. The night manager was bothered by me asking about the internet connection not working. He reset the router and snapped at me to wait 5-7 minutes before I tried it again. I waited, and stood at his desk, and he ignored me the whole time. When I asked him another question, he snapped another reply back at me, so I stopped asking him questions. The internet came on and worked great at the desk counter, but got weaker as I walked back to my room (at the end of the hall. The signal did not teach my room. The ad that states free wifi should be revised to say free wifi if you stand at the front desk. The breakfast was the most pitiful food I've ever seen. It had bread to toast, frosted flakes, crum donuts (tiny donuts), and orange juice, coffee, and milk. Cheap hotels don't have to look as run down as this place looked. There was old food left on the floor of our room, and our room had ketchup or blood on the wall (we at least had a laugh about that in the room). I would rate this place a 3 out if 10 overall. I expect the place to be run down some for a cheap place, but it was not managed well. My wife said that the girl at the desk in the morning had her head down on the counter when she went to turn the room keys in. Overall, this was not a good place to stay. This was my first (and probably last) experience with this place. We would only stay at another Rodeway hotel if we couldn't find another place to stay.
