Nobody went above and beyond, but I was satisfied with the overall experience.

Coffee station was not located convenient to breakfast area. Shower curtain was 12" longer than it should be and hung into the tub and across the floor of the tub creating a dangerous situation. The faucets need some CLR to unclog them and provide better water flow. The elevators were dirty and several of the elevator floor buttons were broken.
