Well-received from the moment I walked in the door. The receptionist went over all the details of my appointment and when I checked out, she was very knowledgeable about membership services. Melody was a phenomenal massage therapist/masseuse and really helped me to relax and unwind after some stressful work weeks.

Check-in was easy and the receptionist was very friendly. I had requested quiet during my facial and that is what I received. My aesthetician responded to my comments and explained each step of the process; otherwise, all was quiet and I found the time very relaxing. My aesthetician also was very friendly as she has been on my previous visits.

The staff knows my name and greets me by it. I always have a calm relaxing experience. I look forward to each appointment.

Emma the massage therapist was able to relieve pain that doctors haven't been able to fix in years. She helped me immensely to the point my quality of life has improved. I am beyond amazed at what a good job she did. Emma the receptionist is also outstanding. Incredibly friendly, she remembers everything, and always makes me feel welcomed. I have a full conversation every time I am in the waiting room and it is just such a pleasant experience to feel that valued by the staff and to really feel known. I love it, best hand and stone experience I have ever had.

I had the literal best massages I have ever had in my life with Marina and I have had many massages in the past. I immediately booked a membership after my massage because of her!
