Daniel was very accommodating and asked several times if I was comfortable. He also talked just the right amount - talked right when we came in the room and stopped as soon as I was on the table. His level of pressure was perfect, too. Would highly recommend him and plan to request him again.

The quality of service. The technician check several times during the massage to assure everything was going well. The experience left me feeling very relaxed.

The reception team was very friendly and helpful. Maria is amazing, knowledgeable and makes you feel relaxed from start to finish. She has a very positive, friendly and professional vibe.

The receptionist welcomed me by name as soon as I came in the door. She also offered the date (I was about to ask) for the intake form. Kim’s facial was awesome.

First, let me say that I simply adore my massage therapist, Terra. She is friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and strong. I especially appreciate that she continues to master educational courses that focus on her profession. Terra is a valuable asset to your company. Second, the staff at Hand and Stone Huntsville is always pleasant and helpful. All of my interactions with the folks there have been enjoyable. They’re never too busy to answer a question, and I value their acknowledgement of me when I walk through the door to arrive, and when I leave. It’s like going to visit friends.
