The front staff, especially Christie, are extremely outgoing, friendly, and helpful regarding any question or concern I may have. Tangela, the therapist, was absolutely great! She is one of the best therapists I have ever experienced. Her knowledge regarding all the questions I had was phenomenal. I do crossfit and she knew exactly what I needed as far as post and pre-workout massages. I will continue to schedule my appointments with her at least twice a month since she is my healer when I get done with my crossfit sessions. This was my second visit to hand and stone. I received facials both visits and I thought my aesthetician for my recent visit was so much better. I didn’t get her name but she made my experience much more positive than the first.

My massage therapist Ronnie was wonderful, he was highly knowledgeable and informative as he explained what was going on when he hit a pressure point (knot). I have never had anyone take the time out and explain what was going on with my body to me. He was also very friendly and professional. I will be returning because of this experience. I had cancelled my membership, but I am truly considering rejoining.

The therapist Valencia was phenomenal. She assessed my trouble areas and took care of them. Today I feel much more loose in my neck and back. I scheduled another appointment with her before I left!!
