Everything about this store is amazing from all of the staff at the desk and for sure DANIEL....one of the best massages I have ever had.

Tangela has provided me with exceptional service every visit for the last few months since I started seeing her. She offers new therapies based on my concerns that have been very beneficial. She demonstrates techniques that are effective in small ways to all together create a great improvement. I am grateful for her caring and therapeutic touch. I look forward to my next visit each month and purchased gift cards to share with family members specifically so they can experience Tangela's expertise.

I’ve enjoyed each visit to hand and stone massage! My only negative is I’ve been coming to a couples massage, and my husband’s massage therapist is sometimes kind of loud. My husband doesn’t mind, so we’re planning to separate our future massages.

I book my appointments every month with Terra. She knows what she is doing and recommends the cupping technique. My shoulder is finally mobile again, now she is working on my tight neck muscles and tennis elbow. The cupping really works miracles and she is amazing! I look forward to my monthly massages with Terra and will continue my membership with Hand and Stone to have her work on my muscles. I work out at the gym 7 days a week and I lift weights so I need the massage to loosen up the muscles. I love the cleanliness of the spa, and the friendliness of the employees.

My experience at Hand and Stone has overall been an amazing. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The reception area is a great start to the relaxing experience. It peaceful and comfortable. I have gone in for two massages now and they are fantastic! They listen to your needs and apply the right pressure to the right areas. They focus on the areas you request and spend longer there. They even got rid of a migraine i went in with that i had been dealing with for days. The rooms are peaceful and comfortable and they value privacy. I would recommend this place 100 time over and will continue my membership for a long time.

It should be easier to book appointments online without a phone follow up. It should be easier to get an appointment on short notice. The 1 hour appointment should not include the preparation time. 1 hour should mean 1 hour.

Both facial and hot stone massage were very relaxing. I already booked for a facial now once a month! I also can’t wait to try hot stone with Himalayan salt. Hot Stone massage is perfect for the winter time.
