The area was very clean and appropriate. My esthetician was very friendly. The receptionists were also very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very welcome and not put out.

I am highly satisfied, because the receptionist went above and beyond to schedule a couples massage last minute. Both Jacob & Tamara were exceptional massage therapists. I've had bad experiences in the past with other places, but Hand & Stone has been hands down the best experience. I look forward to my next massage.
