Hand and Stone

I was apprehensive about having a facial for my rosacea skin. Both the receptionist and Jessica assured me that my condition would be taken into consideration. In fact, Jessica checked with me during the entire facial to determine my response to the products she was using. Since she also has rosacea, she shared her experiences. I appreciate her caution and concern.

Professionalism, ease of booking, and pleasant staff

My esthetician was so nice, and it was a lovely experience. Very relaxing, very calming. Since the facial, my acne has gone away and my skin is glowing. I’m so happy I went, I will be back again!:)

Everyone was very welcoming and kind. Kim gave her full attention checked in me and kept me informed. She recommended products that would help me. I loved my experience.

I love Jessica! She takes such good care of me and you can tell she cares about making sure my skin is as good as it can be. She is not pushy but is a down to earth person who wants to help.

I suffer from chronic pain due spinal problems, and regular massage helps me deal with the pain so I can continue my day-to-day activities. My quality of life would decrease a lot of I did not come to Hand & Stone for regular massage therapy.

I always have a great experience but this last visit was top tier! I just lost my dad in August and I’ve been so stressed. Dakota was beyond AMAZING! He literally rubbed away all the stress I’ve been carrying and he always checked on me to make sure that I was ok. He did a great job on my feet and even though I did not do any of the add ons he told me about, his knowledge of the products as well as the treatments were executed quite nicely! If you haven’t already, give this man a raise!

My regular person was booked on the day I was free for a facial. Pleased that there are several very good people on staff whom I could get a facial on the only free day I had.

I always go to Kim. I have a membership since it opened.

Kristen's services have improved the texture and appearance of my skin tremendously. My skin looks great. She's highly knowledgeable and I trust her.
