Hand and Stone

I really did enjoy the whole visit. From the time I walked in till the time left. The staff were wonderful, the environment was wonderful. The scenery was so relaxing. I am most definitely coming back.

I continue to be impressed with how friendly and accommodating the staff always is, even when it is busy. I was perfectly happy with Jill - was with her from opening but she just got a long awaited job offer and Tara took over this last time. She used pressure point massage on my neck, and it was incredible. So I feel I have been passed along to someone else who is very knowledgeable.

I was disappointed when my current therapist was unable to keep my appointment and that she had decreased her availability in the schedule. But when I called to reschedule Anthony was very helpful in connecting me with a therapist who would provide a similar experience. I appreciated Tangela in her style and focus on helping me decrease my stress. I liked the music better than I had recalled in previous sessions and I appreciated that she talked just enough to communicate to meet my needs. I will see her again soon!

I had a bad experience with deep tissue massage at another spa. Design my reluctance to try again, Jacob talked to me and convince me to try again, as he believed it was what I needed. I'm so glad I listened.
