Everything was wonderful; the setting is new and clean and the staff are all very competent. The facial was the best I have ever had.

The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My appointment started right on time. The fire alarm went off during my session, but the manager addressed it when I came out without me even having to bring it up. Massage was great.

Everyone was friendly and the environment was calming and welcoming. I enjoyed the massage and was very relaxed when I left. I just wish that my husband was able to get his, but his was rescheduled.

Give yourself a treat! Hand and Stone has friendly service, flexible scheduling and most of all, a very relaxing, comfortable spa experience. My facial left my skin feeling better than it has in a very long time. I dozed off during the service, I was so relaxed. Highly recommend them - it's a top-notch experience.

I was satisfied but highly satisfied seems to be perfect. Maybe the music could have been a little more soothing. It would have been nice to have a smell that would add to the atmosphere but I understand some people are sensitive to different smells.

Emma (MT) was very nice and seemed to want to do well. I think the below are areas of improvement that could make Emma a great masseuse. * Advance your technique - broaden your technique repertoire and ensure that you are following the strokes all of the way through * Trim your fingernails (ouch) :) * Fine tune details: soft touch - like your hands are putting on a ballet performance; avoid the gruff, abrupt handling/movements * Consider allowing the guests to choose the ambient sound (not a big deal but could have been nice)

I’m happy with Hand and Stone for the value it is. If I ask for better, prices will go up!

The therapist talked too much.

My esthetician is wonderful. On this visit I was not asked if I wanted a water or a neck wrap. It’s not a deal breaker. Also when I checked out I was almost over charged until I informed the receptionist of my credit. Everyone was very nice a friendly as well as helpful.
