The staff and the therapists are all so friendly! They make you feel Welcome there! The atmosphere/environment is clean and comfortable.

The therapist worked diligently on my problem areas including some mild stretches for my thighs and glutes. She recommended so neck stretches to help my shoulder issues.

I have been a long-time member of Hand & Stone. The staff is always professional and welcoming and I was able to book a last minute appointment, with my favorite therapist, Chris. The blonde manager is always super friendly and knows my name, I love the value, service and friendliness of the staff.

Everyone is very friendly and efficient. Also I like how clean everything is inside.

Kaylee was my massage therapist. She is kind and professional. I have a lot of trigger points and medical issues. She takes her time to listen. Exceptional person. Will miss her; going to madison location
