Everyone has always made my visits welcoming. I have been a member for four years and plan to continue as long as I can afford it. Melody is a great asset to your business.

Very friendly personnel and great relaxing experience. Not only addressed my concerns during my appointment, but took the time to provide a routine to follow up afterwards (also didn't try to sell me new products after sharing what I used was not what was sold at Hand & Stone!) I reallly really appreciated that! Nothing worse than booking a relaxing evening (a treat to myself) and have employees try to sell more products!

Very relaxing to receive a massage especially if you have problem areas. The problem areas that I have were given the appropriate attention they needed.

The staff is friendly. The environment is relaxing. The message therapist are informative and professional. They greet you with a smile when you first walk in the door. They ask the right questions.
