Tori is always amazing! Great manners, customer service and knowledge of products. Caters the appointment service to my particular skin needs that day. Assists me after my appointment with any products that she suggests for my skin needs. Aubrey was a great masseuse. It was my first time with her. She took her time and explained the difference in the stones, which my first time getting a hot stone massage. Pleasant experience all around!

Amber is who I always see and she is amazing. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I had several “professional” massages at other establishments and had nearly given up on them until I went to her. All I can say is wow she does a phenomenal job.

Very friendly personnel and great relaxing experience. Not only addressed my concerns during my appointment, but took the time to provide a routine to follow up afterwards (also didn't try to sell me new products after sharing what I used was not what was sold at Hand & Stone!) I reallly really appreciated that! Nothing worse than booking a relaxing evening (a treat to myself) and have employees try to sell more products!
