Carrie is exceptional at her craft. It is apparent that she is well trained, dedicated, and kind. She genuinely listens to your concerns and give great recommendations for add ons or new things to try. She instantly conveys professionalism and trustworthiness. She needs to be paid more!!

Kristin was wonderful and I loved working with her. She is so knowledgeable and a delight to talk to. I have already scheduled an appointment to see her again.

I was diagnosed with MS almost 2 years ago. Just before that, I started at H&S with one therapist. I later changed to Esse and haven't changed since. She ask before every session what I need, where to concentrate her efforts and if I need additional tools. Esse truly has my best interest in mind. I'm now having trouble getting in to see her, she so popular. I have given gift cards in the past and referred Esse. I lost my job recently but will continue my membership because it is for my health. My membership will actually be the last thing I give up.

My first experience having a facial was wonderful! I have not been to Hand and Stone before and I felt comfortable with staff. Everything was relaxing and the amount of time for a facial was good.

Kristin was my esthetician. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like she really took interest in my skin care needs and tried to make sure that I received services that would be most beneficial to what I was looking to achieve with my appointment.
