Ashley was very knowledgeable and listened to what I needed and focused on those areas. Also went above and beyond to offer relaxation tips to use at home. She is the best massage therapist I have ever used. Highly recommend her.

I have recommended H&S to a few friends because I am so highly impressed with the quality of service and the atmosphere. The reception staff are excellent. I can not speak highly enough about Tangela. From her expertise in being able to assess my needs just from watching how I walk to the treatment room, to the skills she demonstrates during the massage. I feel comfortable and confident in asking questions and in the quality of the response (either in treatment or verbally) I will get in response. It is also clear that the organization values the employees and the costumer experience. Even the waiting area gives a calming relaxing experience.
