Hand and Stone

It was my first time getting a massage, but the staff made me feel right at home. I came in for back pain. I was pleasantly surprised at how much it helped alleviate my pain and discomfort.

I’ve had around a dozen of different massage therapists. This was in the top 3, and maybe even the best.

The experience overall was enjoyable. Everyone who I spoke with was very welcoming and friendly. The facial itself was relaxing and would return again. I also have recommended the business to two other people already

The staff is always friendly and professional and my therapist works very hard to alleviate my aches and pains.

Chris has exceptional customer service skills. He’s on time and give the best massage based on my needs. His availability fits my schedule perfectly. The folks at the reception desk is awesome.

The experienced receptionist recognized me and called md by name upon entry. Only addition in reception area is water before massage, while waiting. Tangela did a wonderful job on my arthritic knees & lower back. Only suggestion would be shades to dim the light in reception lobby and noise canceling machines in hallway for added privacy. Otherwise, I loved it. Bringing a friend next month for a spa day.

My monthly visit was indeed very satisfying. Professionalism Starts at the front door with the receptionist and continue thru to the therapist. Rated highly satisfied because there wasn’t a HIGHER rating.

She was a great therapist! She listened and offered suggestions. On one area of my body that seemed to have more inflammation, she even used another method not normally used in the level of package I selected.

Everyone was extremely friendly. The wait time was minimal and everything stayed on schedule. The massage was relaxing and well done.
