I love Kristen. She is great. I booked a Consultation for Cryoskin and they were about to bill me for it, but realized it was put in the computer wrong. I actually got my legs waxed and had the consult. There was no choice for that in the survey. I'm booked for Cryoskin for a few weeks from now.

I have been coming to Hand and Stone for several months now, and it is always an excellent experience. The reception area is calm, clean and everyone there is really friendly. Dana is very kind, knowledgeable and does a fantastic job every time I’m there! I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed after every facial!

I ADORE Amber!!! She is by far the BEST therapist yall have but I have never received an entire 50 minutes from her...most are 45 and some have been as short as 40. She really should have a clock in her room so she knows the time.

My esthetician was great; very knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and professional. I really do believe the cryofacials helped my skin. I had breakouts before my sessions, and those were cleared by the end of my package. I only wished there was s monthly payment options for packages, and if so, would return sooner!
