Hand and Stone

I have seen Essie for 3 years now. She has been great to concentrate on my current issues. I could have an issue, not saying anything and she finds the problem. I have MS and my doctor thinks message is very beneficial so I make sure I use my monthly points. I will continue to go monthly even though Essie is leaving to continue her education. She is absolutely in the field of her expertise. I hope to find another therapist as good. The reception staff have been very attentive as well.

I look forward to my appointment every month. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Kim does an amazing job on facials. She spends time making sure I’m always comfortable, explains things to me and then does a fantastic job.

I use the same esthetician each time, Kristen, so she knows my skin & can gauge my needs. She is very friendly & makes her clients feel very comfortable. She was able to suggest a product to me that has actually been a good product for me & not a waste of my money. My budget is very tight at this time, and I need to pare back on expenses but so far I have managed to keep my membership with hand & stone b/c it means a lot to me.

This was the first time I had ever had a massage and so I was a little nervous. Since, I'm 14 my mother was expected to stay in there, so that helped make me feel a little more comfortable. The massage therapist was also very sweet and did a great job.

Liked the product and device offering. Facility location was perfect.

The esthetician was very knowledgeable of products used. After explaining my skin concerns and my desired outcome, she explained her desired treatment. She was very professional.

The staff is always pleasant and nice. They know what they are doing! The results are amazing every time!

Y’all were amazing, the massage therapist was so friendly and able to put me at ease. The reception area as well as the massage area were very clean and very comfortable. My massage itself was great and my therapist was able to work wonders.
