Nicholas is an exceptional therapist. He is knowledgable about the areas that are problematic and was more then happy to help me understand how he was going to help during the massage but then also sent me home with homework so my problematic areas would be addressed and helped during the time in between my appointments.

I enjoy a mask occasionally and love coming to hand and stone. I like that there are new options often.
