This was our 1st visit and staff was so helpful & friendly. Great hostess who served pizza to us. It was nice receiving a phone call prior to party to review party details. Kids and adults had a blast!

Our party coordinator was very professional and customer service oriented. The staff was cordial and polite. We will be visiting more often.

The hostess’ went above and beyond to make sure my grandsons 7th birthday party was the best it could be. We had a great experience and will be back!

My hostess Alexus was a newer employee but she displayed great customer service. She was so helpful. The shift manager was great! We traveled from another city to party and the weather delayed most of the party but she worked with us. Great team!!!

Our party attendant was very courteous & made sure we were taken care of. The only complaint I would have were the bathroom weren't very clean but I think there may have been a leak in the women's restroom. Everything else was great!
