The party host was double booked but made sure to not let that effect our party and she did the best she could. All the kids in my party had a great time.

Some area was closed is the only reason

When guests began to arrive, the team member stated she could not find certain guests who waivers had been completed. Then, my decorator was given a table that had broken legs. The table fell over and all my party favors fell on the floor. We caught the cake before it fell, but it was slightly smudged. Additional food that we ordered eother was not received or took more than 1 hr to make. There was no organization although there were multiple staff on hand.

When I arrived on time (30 mins prior to jump time)to checkin for birthday party, I waited at register for 10 minutes until the “right” person was there to check us in... then he acted like he didn’t know what he was doing. They all just seemed Very unorganized . But everything else was fine after check in

my party was close to $500 so that was more than expected and I was told to add my name so I didn't have to pay for a $15 pizza but i was charged $30 for adding my name to the "birthday list" when really I spent $15 I didn't need to spend and could've just bought the pizza.

I booked a party. For the amount I paid I should have been able to sit back and let them take over. I feel that your staff are not trained to do this. I ended up running the show and my person let us run out of drinks. I also feel like you need an elevator to help assist in this. Why have a cart to put stuff on but then have to carry up the steps anyway.

Ms. Pat is so easy to work with when scheduling birthday parties. We did one in June and then another in July. I would recommend training your birthday party hosts. I feel like our party host worked to his current ability, but he was timid when it came to serving and knowing what to do with a cake, etc. Everything else was great!

Very thing was great .. just a little hot in the building . But other then that very thing was great
