George (on Sunday), Michael and Carlos were ALL fantastic. Those guys work really hard, are very kind and friendly (rare these days) and they worked AFTER CLOSING HOURS to finish my car as promised (which they didn't have to) and still were servicing customers after I left. They are a great team and should be recognized as such by corporate. I've been to other Tire Kingdoms (Northlake in Palm Beach Gardens, FL) and although my service was fine there, the people were overworked, understaffed and not nearly as friendly and communicative as the guys at the St. Lucie West store in PSL. That's a great team, and I'll always take my BMW to Tire Kingdom! In fact, I only had one tire with a screw in it, but I decided to replace all of my other original tires with only 16K miles on them just because I like TK so much. Thank you and thank the team!

Mike was phenomenal in communicating with me about my tires and when they would arrive. He made sure my tires got to the store and notified me that there were in after the website order and appointment were not correct. Carlos went above and beyond during my appointment to make sure my tires were installed and done correctly. Making sure the wheels were not damaged. Both of them made our tire purchase and installation an excellent experience.
