I came in without an appointment for battery service. Jeff Changeux told me they would get me in just have a little patience. He gave me a written quote for a new battery which I thought was very reasonable - it even had a veteran discount which is important to me. Within a half hour, they had had my car in and began checking out the battery. Jeff came into the waiting area and gave me the report that my battery was okay, just a little bit discharged and that I didn't need a new battery at this time. He said the battery check was free. The technician who worked on my car came in to give me the key and told me the same thing as Jeff. I am very grateful that there is a business like TK that would give me an honest assessment of the situation and not simply replace my battery. Thank you! Note: I also got my last 4 tires at this same location and was given the same great service - Jeff handled that transaction too.
