I had scheduled a service online that was not needed. The attendant explain to me why I did not need the service. That was super helpful. A lot of places would’ve just completed the unnecessary service and taken my money.

The service was fast and easy, I thought forsure I would be leaving my car up there for at least 4hours ( I had some errands to run) I think overall it was done and ready for me to pick up close to 1hr 30m after dropping it off. I appreciate them for their fast service

I'm a customer of the NTB in Lancaster and have always been treated well and prices are great, so when I had an unfortunate tire issue while attending to another emergency in canal Winchester, I immediately looked to see if an NTB was near. Thankfully there was and they had me in and out as quickly as they could with 4 new tires

The employees Dallas Norris and Seth Lloyd were friendly and helpful with the purchase of a good tire to put on my vehicle. And explained the problem of one of the tires I purchased was labeled wrong and went out of their way to go pick up that one tire at the warehouse. Thank you Seth and Dallas! Great customer service!

Dallas was extremely apologetic for the poor service I had at a different NTB store, which caused the premature failure of my 2-year-old tires. He was also apologetic for the misdiagnosis, also by the same NTB store, of needing wheel bearings, when they were fine.
