Really like how I was treated by Patrick, the store manager. Especially considering he was juggling multiple customers and an unexpected employee absence. At one point he was working on multiple computers, taking an order from one customer while simultaneously completing my service transaction. I thought two people minimum up front were needed to handle the workload I saw. Through it all, he kept patient and smiling. My service was completed at the agreed upon time. Waiting area is subdivided in two not well thought out areas. Large unused space with little seating and a smaller space crammed with seating. High table was great for using my laptop but no outlet. Good thing the service completed before I ran out of juice in my laptop.

I saw the air coming out from my tire and rushed there. They took care of it quickly and I got my car back within a couple of hours even though I had no apointment.
