Went to get a flat fixed, Josh really helped me out and I wound up getting 4 brand new tires!

Everything was explained to me in a lot of details which I highly appreciated. They were able to repair my vehicle in a good amount of time.

I have a year long alignment program with Merchant's and have found it to be a great deal. I appreciate their hard work.They are patient and happy to talk me through my questions.My only remark would be that they recorded my mileage wildly incorrect (should be around 111,000).

Took car into shop Sunday morning. Needed a new water pump. I said no to the serpentine belt, and the total for just the water pump came out to six hundred and fifty-something.

Overall the staff was very communicative and kind. I really liked that they made sure to communicate with me and my mother about the needed replacements and services.

They put the wrong oil in my vehicle. They had the info about what oil my car takes since my vehicle has been serviced there before so there was no reason for this oversight.

Patrick took the time to explain what needed to be done and came across as very honest and looked out for my best interests.
