I was treated like an important person. The sales person didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. My vehicle went into the shop at the appointment time and was completed in an appropriate timeframe. Check out was easy and explained all of the details of the purchase including the warranty.

Fast and affordable, wouldnt go anywhere else

This was my 2nd visit in a few weeks, earlier getting a tire fixed which was also a smooth experience. My engine coil was misfiring and causing the car to run rough. The mechanic (Joe I think) explained everything in good enough detail for me to understand the problem and provided recommendations on how to get it fixed. All of the staff I talked to at this location were personable, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. I've had bad experiences with other chain mechanics in the past and this location of NTB is well beyond what I was expecting or even hoping for.

Great fast work for my inspection

the woman at the counter was AWSOME knowledgeable and fabulous. I burned my finger on my rotor in the parking lot pretty bad and she gave me a popsicle to put on it, I had just worked 10 hrs in a hot factory, that popsicle helped my finger and I ate it. the lead guy, technician whatever explained everything including a problem I had asked about, identified the problem within minutes and clearly articulated it to me. they were both awesome . the price was so good I upgraded a little. im beyond satisfied
