Perfect experience , great service!

I've been going to this location for years now. I know the staff by name as well as they know me and my family by name. They always make my visits easy,stress free. They never try to sell me on things I don't need.

Very great customer service

He took the the time to review my car's previous visit so he was familiar with it's history. He was very thorough, listened to what I said, and explained all the possible problems. He explained in detail the possible causes and the options and did not push to have done what was not really necessary. He answered all my questions, and was freindly, and courteous.

I went an week b4 easter to schedule an appointment they made my appointment on easter when they was closed i went back Sunday ather easter thinking my appointment was that sunday for an oil change they couldn't find my appointment cause he schedule it on easter so i had to wait until the next Tec come in i told them my pressure in my tire was low it was on the paper for them to do it they forgot so i had to drive around to get it done...the person i talked to was very rude i told him i had an c

Appointment was easy to book online. Arrive 30 minutes early. I had removed my trailer tires from the trailer, so it would be faster and less work the the shop team.
