Prompt service at this location compared to hammond La location. I drove extra to get there customer service. The added fees to install are a little pricy but customer service was great and worth the extra drive. The alignment should be good for 1yr not 6mo. Is the other concern.

My serpentine belt was also replaced just the wait was not good cause my son missed a whole of school and my car wasnt ready til the day after

I went in with my infant to have a tire repaired with a slow leak. My tire was not able to be repaired but had to be replaced. I saw that they were very busy and knew I would need to wait. I know they moved me ahead of others and I felt as though they made my car a priority. Mr. Jeremy was very kind and helpful. My baby got a nap in while we waited and he even helped us to our car. From a tired momma; thank you for your kindness today, it was appreciated more than you know. As long as Mr. Jeremy is there, you all will continue to have our business.
