GREAT SERVICE AT NTB. REMOVED WINTER TIRES AND INSTALLED SUMMER TIRES ON RIMS. THIRD TIME GOING TO NTB IN BEACHWOOD AND ALL WERE GOOD EXPERIENCES.

John and Bob are always professional and polite. I have never left this NTB location feeling like I was sold a product or service that I didn’t need, like I have elsewhere. My only small complaint is the small parking lot, this is a busy location with a good reputation.

My most recent experience at National Tire and Battery was excellent because the service time was fairly fast and the people working were very informative, knowledgeable and helpful. The price was reasonable compared to others in the area.

Had an urgent weekend tire repair need. Shop had the replacement tire and graciously fit me in. Generously fit me in for a program wheel alignment later in the week. Exceptionally helpful.

They are always very nice and informative. Tell me why the tire cannot be fixed, show me, and then discuss the cost. I have had to replace two tires in the last two months because of punctures, and both times I went to NTB. Good, dependable service.
