Bob Krokey worked with me on recycling some tires previously purchased from you. He was helpful, quick, knowledgeable, courteous and kind about a process that was very important to me. I worked directly with Bret who was awesome. I called beforehand to make sure my car could be worked on that day and he was able to squeeze me in. He went over the different tire options and helped me choose 4 tires that were perfect for my Honda. When I came to pick up the car, he went over the invoice in detail and told me exactly what had been done and why, and answered all my questions (without making me feel stupid for asking them). Great guy!
