NTB had the tires I was looking for at a good price. Service was friendly, courteous and prompt. Car runs great! BTW, I bought the previous set (Michelins) from NTB in 2015, and they lasted almost 85,000 miles!

NTB changed my car from its winter tires (mounted on a 2nd set of rims) to my summer tires, balanced the summer tires, and did an alignment really quick. I couldn't ask for better.

The manager Josh was the most helpful and knowledgeable manager I’ve ever experienced at any auto shop. I will 100% be recommending Josh to all my friends.

I have taken my car to Firestone and they messed it up so I took it to National tires and Battery and they took care of it they will be they only one working on my car now. I took it to the one on Silver Dr. Matthew the General Manger was awful nice and when we went to pick up the car a woman name Gracie greeted us and she was very friendly to.

Staff communicated well throughout. I liked the people. The problem I had was that I scheduled online at a location on Sinclair, then pulled up to a sign that said it was closed and go to Silver Drive.

Got me in and out in a hurry and the price was very fair.

I called a total of 4 places for a tire for my minivan and no one but you guys had one. And you were able to replece my tire that day, for which I am grateful!!
