Scheduled an appointment for tire rotation and balance. Mike showed me the problem with the tires age and cracking and dry rot due to the age of the tires. Seeing the problem goes a long way in trusting a service center. He also recommended the shocks and struts being replaced, but honest in saying that they were not leaking, but due to the fact they were original it would not be a bad idea to complete preventative maintenance on them now. This is a car for my teenage daughter so the fact that safety and longevity for her was important to me and felt he had the same intentions. I have been to this multiple times and will continue to return due to customer service and pricing.
