your computer system was down, payment was rendered manually. Due to down system, we were unable to purchase a replacement battery. I had a link sent to us with the invoice but the URL was incorrect and we were not able to get receipt

I rarely do reviews, but I felt compelled to share what a great experience that I had at this location. First and foremost, I have lived in Hobe Sound for over 16 years and didn't know this store existed. When I unexpectedly had a leak in my tire, my husband called and got a same-day service appointment the day before Easter. We were grateful. The tire was able to be patched, and we were both shocked that we weren't upsold to buy a new tire(s). It's so rare because that always happens to us, and we appreciated it. Coincidentally, I just had my car serviced at TC Lexus, and they told me I needed four new tires. I said "well, I just had the car at Tire Kingdom and they didn't say that." Later they admitted there was still life on them. Bottom line, THANK YOU for having honest employees. I told my husband to cancel his next service at Lexus and come straight to you. No one wants to be ripped off and it happens a lot, especially when it has to do with tires.

made an appointment, right on time was taken right away i needed a tire patched so what they did was give me a brand new tire for less than the price of a new one. because i had the tire warranty but they did charge me for a tpms which my car does not have so they had to give me a refund for that.

The worst tires I've had. Paid 623 told them there is a broken belt on one of the tires and they keep re balancing them...calling corporate I guess is next step.
