My recent experience was excellent. The Manager Mike Petty is professional and courteous to all clients that have their vehicles service at his shop. He goes beyond the call of duty every time I come to the shop to have my vehicle serviced.I have never been disappointed and the staff are professional and very friendly to the customers.I would recommend to my family and friends to visit this particular NTB and to ask for the Manager Mike Petty.Keep up the good work.

Tyrel was fantastic!. I couldn't figure out why my tire pressure light kept coming on - checked the tires, filled them etc. The light came on again, so I took a chance and dropped by NTB (where I bought the tires). Even though I didn't have an appt and they had a lot of customers, they took me right in. The wait was reasonable, especially given it was a weekend. Tyrel called me to keep me posted on time and cost (I stepped out to grab a snack). They found a nail, patched the tire, and had me on my way for a great price!

Great Service, same day as my tires shipped in! Really pushed the upscale for an Alignment. Overall good and quick experience.

They advised me of cost up front, how long it would take, and they did a walk around with to ensure everything was good. Very professional.
