I had a oil change and tire rotation and fix a nail in one tire. Everything was fine until the service personnel said the tire was not fixable. I said what do you mean? The nail is in the tread. He said I will get the technician. I talk to him and said take the tire off the wheel and put a inside patch on it and he said oh we can try that. Guess what it worked and I am not a technician, but I do know a thing or two about vehicles.

It was a quick service, just about an hour and no up selling.

Terrible experience with this shop! Several issues after getting an alignment, rotation, and balance:1. When I picked up the vehicle, the guy at the desk (Mike) handed me a broken center cap with retaining ring from one of the wheels. He stated that the tabs were broken off, and it was common for them to break over time. MY WHEELS ARE LESS THAN 2 YEARS OLD!! I asked to speak to the technician who initially said that the cap was already broken and was glued on, but then changed his story after We all looked at the cap and saw no signs of glue. Also no glue was necessary since the retaining ring was still used. Mike said they would pay for a replacement, which he estimated to cost "$4 or $5". I asked that he write on the invoice that they broke the cap and would pay for replacement. My wheels are custom made, so no exact replacements are available, which means I have to change all four caps in order to have a matching set of wheels again--definitely not "$4 or $5"#2. When I drove out of the parking lot, I immediately noticed that my steering wheel needed to be in the 1 o' clock position in order to go straight. I went back to the shop and explained the issue to Mike. He got the tech who stated that he couldn't align one of the wheels due to a bad tie rod. NONE OF THIS WAS MENTIONED ON MY INVOICE OR EXPLAINED TO ME WHEN I INITIALLY PICKED UP THE VEHICLE. If I hadn't noticed the wheel position, I would not have known about the misaligned wheels.#3. I asked for them to investigate the cause of a knocking sound from the suspension. The tech only gave a vague opinion of the problem. I asked Mike to get more details from the tech, which I wrote on the invoice myself.#4. While measuring the hole size for the replacement wheel cap, I noticed chipped chrome around the wheel cap hole. I looked at all four wheels and noticed the same chipping. My wheels are less than two years old, and this shop is the only one who performed my balancing and rotations, so I am confident that that are chipping my chrome when performing the balance service. I WILL NEVER GO BACK FOR SERVICE AGAIN AND WILL SEEK REIMBURSEMENT FOR DAMAGES IN COURT!!

I came by to price tires only, but both service staff were very helpful (Hieron and Alejandro)--both were efficient, clear, and courteous. They explained the options available according to my Honda Accord and were able to complete the job right then. I had no choice but to have the work done this morning. Best store experience and reps! I visited several locations to solve a brake repair for over 3 to 4 weeks. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

These guys will not do the work on your car and say they did it. And charge you too.
