When I came I mentioned that I thought I had purchased an extended alignment plan. Before looking up my account the rep said no. I said ok. Then after looking my account up he realized I purchased a 3 year plan. Get another apologize for negating my question. And really wasn't that friendly. I understand he was the only one of the desk but it was slow. So maybe a little more customer service train needs to be delivered to him. I have been in sales most of my life so I believe he needs a little teaching

Originally had Michelin Pilot Sports put on my car at the suggestion of one of the techs but didn't like the car's handling afterwards. Tire Kingdom replaced with my choice of tires at only the additional cost of labor. Good and friendly service. I would recommend.
