Was kept in loop about what was going on. Even went out to pick up part instead of waiting which would have lasted a couple more hours.

Not just once, but every time. Even when they have a high influx of customers because another NTB is closed, it is almost unnoticable because of their great customer service and efficiency. The technicians also deserve credit for their great work and professionalism.
