John was very helpful. He got me in very quickly and helped me solve the problem with my car and then solved the problem with the other NTB in So. Euclid that was never resolved. He didn’t have to do this but he took time to call the district manager… I go to NTB often so some of the managers May remember me…

I came in with a problem that I had caused trying to find an underlying problem with my tire and rob and his staff took care of both problems that surprised me when I picked up my tire and saved me a lot more work and stress
