unexpected need for tire warranty service, as low tire pressure light came on late friday night....called NTB for an appt. at about 9:00 AM sat. and they were able to schedule me for tire inspection and repair appt. at 2:00pm that same day. I had a family event to attend the following day at a location about 45 minutes from home each way, so I was very grateful for the service and kindness of your employees to take care of this issue on a timely basis....Thanks to all!
